WELCOME TO TOOLANGI VINEYARDS

We acquired and planted our property in the Yarra Valley in 1995 and welcomed the first vintage of Toolangi in 2000. Now in our 13th year of producing wines, our focus continues to be the production of exemplary wines. Our highly regarded wines are a tribute to a great vineyard site and our passionate winemakers.

CHARDONNAY 12 MASTERCLASS June 2012

NEW RELEASE 2011 CHARDONNAY

JAMES HALLIDAY, AUSTRALIAN WINE COMPANION, 2014 EDITION
Estate-grown from low-yielding vineyards; barrel-fermented at Yering Station and Oakridge Estate; blended at Yering Station, and bottled there after 11 months in oak. It is a very elegant wine with melon and white peach in the driver's seat, the oak subtle. 94 points.

PAUL IPPOLITO, 5 MINUTE WINE RUSH, February 2014
Gold gold gold I say and you probably will think you have struck gold with this stunning Chardonnay sourced from the Yarra Valley and amazed at its price. It has the old style fullness richness and fruit focus of varietal Chardonnay and yet the regional temperedness, elegance and style of its regional influences. It drinks superbly, beautiful full rich and creamy and yet not OTT in any dimension. Balance style and poise all in one. Seamlessly integrated. Loved it, can you tell. Have with grilled barramundi.

NEW RELEASE 2011 EMANAI

On the nose a perfect blend of savoury and spice. Hints of ginger, white flowers, guava and a touch of creaminess from French oak. The intensity and openness of Viogner is controlled by the tension of Chardonnay. Barrel fermentation adds texture and the palate tightens with a line of phenolics and acid.
